Crédit des Alpes is pleased to announce completion of the sale of The Saxony Hotel in Miami Beach to a group of private investors in a sale and leaseback involving The Cipriani Group. The USD 254 million deal was the largest property transaction in Miami in 2007 and one of the largest ever.
The Saxony, located in the prime area of South Beach, is currently under renovation.
Crédit des Alpes originated and negotiated this transaction and acted as strategic adviser.
